You can cancel your registration and receive a 100% credit refund voucher up to one week after registrations open. 

After this date, you can cancel your registration and receive an 80% credit refund voucher up until registrations close. 

All refunds are processed as a credit for future tournaments.

If the groupings or brackets have been published and you have a fight available in your bracketing and you have been successfully placed in a group, but you choose not to fight, for whatever reason that may be, you are not eligible for a refund. 

PLEASE NOTE - NZ Grappler are still charged by PayPal and SmoothComp fee's for handling of all registrations even in the event of a voucher refund.
