Important Information you need to know:

⚖️ 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛-𝗜𝗡: If you are above your registered weight division on the day, this means immediate disqualification with no refund. 

🕑 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛-𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗦: KIDS: weigh-in open 2 hours before your first fight, then head to the bullpen one hour before the first match 

ADULTS: Weigh in 2 hours before your first match, and be in the bullpen 1 hour prior to your first match.

👕 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛-𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘: If you are fighting in the Gi division on Saturday, come to weigh in wearing your Gi uniform, belt included.

If you are fighting in a No Gi division on Sunday, come to weigh in wearing your No Gi uniform, no belt needed.

🛡️ 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛-𝗜𝗡 𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘: Abuse towards weigh-in staff isn't tolerated. It is not our fault that you have registered in the wrong division; please do not cause a scene in front of the kids. Scales error at your end? You'll need to rectify that for future tournaments.

🥊 **ADULTS** 🥊

Example: If your first fight is scheduled for 1pm, here's what you need to do:

1 Be ready for weigh-in from 11am.

2 Be in the bullpen by 12pm.

Please note: Your fight time might change. Keep checking the Smoothcomp App to confirm your fight time - it could shift from 1pm to 12:30pm. 🕐

💡To avoid missing your fight or being late, arrive at the stadium 3 hours before your scheduled fight.
