Weigh-in Information

Youth weigh in starts at 8am 

Please make sure your child is weighed in at least 1 hour before their first scheduled fight

Adults weigh in 2 hours before first match

Please make sure that you weigh in a minimum of 2 hours before your first scheduled fight

  • Weigh in with your Gi uniform on (including your belt) - unless you have only registered for No Gi, then just wear your No Gi uniform
  • If you have registered for Gi and No Gi, you only need to weigh in once, with your Gi on and we will automatically weigh you in for No Gi also
  • You need to be under your registered weight, there will be no moving divisions on the day
  • No abuse towards weigh in staff will be tolerated
  • If you have made a mistake with your scales, this is your issue that you need to rectify for future tournaments, this is not event staff's responsibility
  • Use a weight plate to weigh your child on your scales at your house or your gym to see how much they are heavier or lighter - speak with your coach

In our regional tournaments we don't have a bullpen, so we ask that you weigh in and wait next to your mat 1 hour before your fight. 

Matches may move fast, so your match time may come sooner than expected.
