NO MATCH? We issue refunds for an event registration only in full coupon credits, that will be issued for future events. Coupon credit refunds are only given to those athletes who we have been unable to match or competitors whose opponents 'no showed' their division leaving them without a match on event day.

Can't find your voucher from a previous tournament? Log into your smoothcomp profile and it will appear under your ACCOUNT tab.

ATHLETE INJURY OR CANCEL'S In the event you decide to register and then cancel your registration you will be issued a refund coupon to the value of 80% - when you register immediately we pay fees to smoothcomp and to paypal that we are unable to get back if you decide to cancel your registration.

If we have tried to merge you but cannot find a safe match we will issue you with a refund. 

If we have successfully been able to merge you in accordance with our merging policy, we do not issue a refund.
