Life happens. If you need to cancel your registration, we'll issue an 80% refund coupon. Please note that this is due to fees we incur from Smoothcomp and Paypal at the time of your registration which are non-refundable.

We do not process your refunds manually; you need to submit your refund request directly through SmoothComp in the event BEFORE the registrations close.

If you do not submit a request before the registrations have closed, through Smoothcomp, you are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that you do not receive a refund if you cancel after the registrations have closed - and the only way to receive the 80% is to apply through SmoothComp directly to cancel your registration before registrations close.
